Tobacco River Camping

Tobacco River Camping

Wedding

Private Ranch · Eureka, Montana

Your guest list. One ranch.

the whole weekend

A private 400-acre property on the Tobacco River, taken over end-to-end for your wedding weekend. No shared spaces, no time slots — just everyone you love, here together.

Not a Venue

This is a property.

You’re not booking a four-hour ceremony slot or a Saturday-only weekend. You’re taking over the ranch — Friday afternoon to Sunday morning — for your guests, your vendors, your whole gathering.

Private access
The full property, just your group. No other guests on-site for the duration of your stay.
No time slots
Your weekend is yours. Set up early, stay late, sleep in, do it your way.
Multiple settings
Ceremony at the river, reception in the meadow, cocktails by the fire — all on the same property.
2-night minimum
Most weddings book the Friday-through-Sunday window. Three-night weekends available.

The Land

River, meadow, forest edge.

Three distinct ceremony settings on one property. Pick what fits the moment — or use them all across the weekend.

Cottonwood-lined banks, the Tobacco running past your vows.

Mountain backdrop, plenty of room for chairs and an arch.

Quieter, intimate, dappled light through the pines.

Tent optional — bring your own or we’ll connect you.

For your guests and vendors.

Keep Everyone On-Site

Your people, all here.

Six cabins, an Airstream, and a luxury tent — your core group sleeps on the property. Camping space for overflow. Nobody driving back to a hotel at midnight.

— glamping cabin on the river

— hilltop cabin, Canadian Rockies views

— riverside retreat

— vintage trailer, riverside

— luxury tent glamping

Sleeps 16+ across the cabins. Camping space available for overflow guests.

Frequently Asked

The questions we get most.

Is the ranch private during our stay?

Yes — completely. The full-property buyout means no other paying guests are on-site for the duration of your weekend.

Sixteen-plus across the six cabins, the Airstream, and the luxury tent. Additional guests can camp on-site, or stay nearby in Eureka or Trego — both within a 15-minute drive.

Tobacco River Ranch is an outdoor venue. We strongly recommend a tent rental for the reception so weather isn’t a question. We’ll connect you with regional rental partners.

Yes — on-property restrooms are available. For larger gatherings (60+ guests) we recommend rented portable units; we’ll point you to a trusted vendor.

Yes. Caterer, bartender, florist, photographer, DJ — all welcome. We don’t lock you into a preferred-vendor list.

Limited. Verizon works best on the property; AT&T and T-Mobile are spotty. Wi-Fi is available at the main cabin.

Wedding-season weekends (June–September) tend to fill 9–12 months out. Off-season (May, October) often has more flexibility.
