By booking, you agree to our liability waiver:

In consideration for being permitted by Tobacco River Ranch Glamping (TRR) to participate in glamping, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in glamping. This release is intended to discharge in advance TRR (its officers, employees and agents) from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in Glamping, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities mentioned above.

____ It is understood that any activity in camping/glamping involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks. It is further agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns. I agree to indemnify and to hold TRR or entities free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as the result of my death or any injury or property damage that I may sustain while participating in tent camping.

_____ I understand that I am liable for any damages to any property that I create. I understand that there are no campfires or smoking allowed on the property. I understand that swimming, hiking, biking and ALL activities are done so at my own risk. I understand that this is a wildlife area, and I’m responsible for safe storage of food. I further understand that this is rugged terrain, and all presence on the property is at my own risk.

____ I have read this Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. I understand the failure to comply with the Glamping rules will result in my immediate expulsion from the property.

This is to certify that I/we, on behalf of my group or family, do consent, to release and indemnify the Releasees from any and all Liability incident, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I accept responsibility for expenses related to any damages caused by my family or group.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

As you can imagine, operating a business that is only open four months per year is SUPER challenging (even dumb, some would say!   In case you are wondering why there are hardly any ‘mom and pop’ resorts left..and we can’t control the weather.)       Here’s the cancellation policy;

-Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in.

– 7 to 30 days out, 50% refund. 

-No refund if cancelled under 7 days or less, UNLESS we can re-rent your unit, then we will provide a refund.
